The Velvet Journey launches new personal development workshops for gay men

Personal Development & Wellbeing company ‘The Velvet Journey’ are launching two new workshops alongside their life coaching and events programme.

The Velvet Journey is leading the way in innovative approaches to personal development for gay men. Through workshops, life coaching, energy healing, fitness & nutrition and a series of social events, the company hope to inspire gay men to ‘lead healthy, balanced and fulfilled lives, in which they experience love, success, joy and the freedom of being themselves.’

In October the Velvet Journey will be launching two new inspiring workshops: ‘From Fear 2 Freedom’ and ‘Love 2 Communicate’. The first workshop aims to help overcome fears and increase self-confidence and the second to improve our ability to communicate in an effective manner.

Both workshops will include:

  • Individual and group coaching exercises
  • Mind empowering and behavioural change tools
  • Information and knowledge sharing
  • Group discussions
  • Workshop Specific Meditation

Workshops are led by the company founder and Transformational Life Coach Tony J Selimi, with the support of his Co-Founder Will Pike. The success of the company has been applauded by the Pink Paper, Gay Star News, QX and Timeout, and its two founders were interviewed by Gaydar Radio.

‘Fear 2 Freedom’ will be held on Saturday 13 October 2012 in the Desmond Tutu Room at St Martin in the Fields; near Trafalgar Square between 9.30am and 6pm. ‘Love 2 Communicate’ will also be held at St Martin in the Fields on 20 October 2012 between 9:30am and 6pm.
