As mentioned on So So Gay last month, the Freddie Mercury album, Barcelona – the surprising venture into opera by the late Queen frontman, in collaboration with Spanish soprano, Montserrat Caballé – has received a 25th anniversary re-release, with full orchestral instrumentation, replacing Mercury’s original keyboards.
Finally the album it should have been, this remastered and updated version of Barcelona was released on Monday, and we at So So Gay have a copy of the four disc, deluxe edition to give away to one lucky reader. Simply fill in the form below before 11.59pm on Wednesday 12 September 2012 and you could be the lucky winner!
